●Childcare shortened working hour system has been revised (April 2024)

▲Excerpts from the "Benefits Guidebook"[Support Programs for Balancing Work and Childcare]

In April 2024, we reviewed the following two points in order to further improve work-life balance and motivation to work through the "Child-rearing Shorter Working Hours System."
①Not only conventional 6-hour work, but [4-hour and 7-hour work] are also added as options

②Applicable period: Extended from 6th grade elementary school students (12 year's old) to high school graduates (18 year's old)

We will respond to each employee's situation so that they can be used more flexibly.

In reviewing this report, we have discussed with the union a number of discussions based on the concerns and opinions of our employees, including questionnaires. As diverse work styles continue to advance, we will strive to create a company and workplace where each individual can work with enthusiasm!
