In addition to the previous recruitment of new graduates, since last year we have been actively recruiting mid-career employees. As a result, 19 new graduates and 15 mid-career employees have joined the new colleagues. The support of engineers at various occasions, such as internships and interviewers, has led to a reliable result of joining the company through application. With regard to mid-career hiring, we will promote the development of colleagues that support One Community so that we can utilize the experiences of the individual and collaborate with those who are active in the field.
