●TPEC Corporate Health Seminar
In September last year, it was held under the theme of "Early treatment and preventive medicine recommended from personal experience with Illness," and in February it was held under the theme of "Self-care starting with sleep." In order to be interested in health and face it seriously, it was held with the focus of "familiarity" and "experiential type", and many people participated. In particular, messages from colleagues had a significant impact, with many participants commenting that "it was an opportunity to reconsider my daily health." Additionally, seminars incorporating easy-to-do foot massages were well received, with participants commenting that they "gained tips for improving lifestyle habits that can be put into practice right away." This was a good opportunity for each individual to think about their own health.

●Creating a workplace where everyone can shine and thrive
To promote understanding of diversity, starting this fiscal year, we have been distributing a new initiative: dialogue videos titled ""Diversity Voices ~Our Colleagues at TPEC~ Diversity Begins with Understanding."" The aim is to help employees connect with the experiences and thoughts of colleagues from various backgrounds, feel closer to them, and provide an opportunity to think about diversity as a personal matter.
Viewers commented that they "gained a better understanding of the workplace situation" and "want to be more mindful of my actions going forward."
Through this video, it became an opportunity to reaffirm the importance of the fundamental attitude of listening to others' thoughts and values.
