This year, 19 new employees took their first steps at TPEC.
At the initiation ceremony, it was impressive to see the new employees listening intently with nervous expressions to the warm words of welcome from President Eri and Deputy Chief Officer Nakamura, Production Group, Toyota Motor Corporation. Following the powerful greeting from the new employee representative, each person shared their aspirations as new members of society, making it an occasion to renew their determination.
Additionally, at the welcome reception held at T-LOUNGE in the Head Office and Fukuoka Technical Center, interactions across departments expanded over meals, and as tensions gradually eased, it became a warm and pleasant time filled with smiles.
