From this fiscal year, the Audit Dept. has become the Corporate culture & Workplace Environment Design Dept. We will reexamine and review our existing rules and work styles, and aim to establish a more TPEC style of culture and system. We believe that cultural systems do not take shape naturally, but that each and every one of you who plays an active role in TPEC should play a leading role in creating them with your own thoughts and feelings, and with mutual respect. We will work with you to create working styles and systems that better meet the times and TPEC by improving the quality of our internal auditing operations,appropriately operating the whistle-blowing hotline, and strengthening cooperation both inside and outside the company.
