●Awarded the Contribution Prize -Digital and DX production engineering initiatives in Evaluation-
We, the Toyota Battery consignment team, won the Contribution Award at the Thanksgiving Festival of Toyota Battery held on April 22. In addition to supporting production engineering resources over many years, we have received praise for our contribution to shortening lead times, reducing costs, and enhancing quality and reliability through the improvement of production methods centered on digital engineering. Members are located outside TPEC bases, such as Miyagi and Shizuoka. However, in cooperation with the relevant internal departments and digital members of the office, One Community is working together to promote production engineering of digital DX that is unique to TPEC. We are very grateful for the recognition of these efforts, and we are also very grateful to all the people involved inside and outside the company who support us on a daily basis.
In the future, our main base will be Miyagi. We look forward to your continued cooperation in our internal collaboration.
●Redesigned lab space at Toyota Kotobuki Office!
This June, a new demonstration lab utilizing collaborative robots was established. The aim is to improve the speed and accuracy of proposals by creating an environment in which actual machines can test the examination of self-employment, which has tended to be limited to desk examination until now. It will also lead to new awareness and challenges as a place where employees can discuss themselves while experiencing them.
From now on, we would like many employees to use it to accumulate know-how through repeated trials in the field, and to connect it to more practical technical proposals!
Please feel free to use it to make small trials and realize ideas in your daily work.
