TPECers is a term that expresses each and every one of us working in TPEC.
It is a way of thinking that puts into words what each of us has cherished so far and the thoughts and attitudes we want to cherish in the future, based on dialogue and voices, and serves as a guide to share our uniqueness and return to it in our daily work and relationships with people.
We hope this TPECers will give you some small hints when you think about your respective jobs and how to relate to them.

The working team consists of eight members, including executives and senior managers, and has worked for about a year.
Through company-wide questionnaires and exchanges of opinions, we have organized and summarized what we feel in our daily work and workplaces,and the values that we have valued with nature, in each word.
Based on the shared awareness that "culture cannot survive unless we are aware of it," we held a series of discussions that emphasized the importance of reflecting as many voices as possible, and the process itself was a time to nurture TPECers's unique character.
