This report introduces the life support leave program, which went into effect on April 1, 2021. Until now, we have developed various systems related to working styles with the aim of "sustainable development of the company" and "creation of smiles for all." This time, we have established this system with the aim of "providing mental and physical support to employees who undergo fertility treatment." As for the details of the system, we will grant a special leave of 100% per month for those who can receive this treatment (applied by T-work).
Regarding the state of fertility treatment, many people are having trouble balancing their work with them, as shown in the graph in the margin of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. Another point was the introduction of the fertility treatment system, which is the most prevalent among employees aged 39 and who are active in the workplace.
