We are promoting various measures to create a work environment in which people working in TPEC can be more enthusiastic and active in the workplace. As part of these initiatives, we held an on-line seminar for managers on the theme of understanding and smooth communication with people in need of mental care in various ways.
The lecture included specific examples of communication methods tailored to each characteristics and points to keep in mind in the workplace.
The managers who participated took the course very enthusiastically, and it was a very meaningful study session.
We will continue to implement various measures to promote diversity in the future!
