In January 2022, the requirements for digitization were reduced, and the hurdles for adoption were lowered. As part of our SDGs, we worked toward paperless operations.
We expect to reduce paper consumption by a 15,000 sheets/year by converting contracts, invoices, and business trip settlements, which used to be operated by paper, into electronic data, and by exchanging with customers (electronic transactions) and storing them (document control system) with electronic data.
In addition, with Corona's work style innovations and streamlining of operations, as well as computerized business intelligence (BI), enabled us to utilize this information in management analyses.
