I am very happy that TPEC became a One Team last year as well, and that it has led to various achievements. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude for your hard work.
The environment in which we operate is undergoing a major transformation every 100 years, and society, lifestyles, and values are undergoing remarkable changes. As a result, companies must fulfill their responsibilities in addressing social issues and global environmental issues. TPEC will strive to realize a prosperous future by striking a balance between the earning power of the company and the sustainability of society and the planet as a whole, based on its strengths of "solving issues through wisdom and digitalization."
Let's change the mindset and behavior of each individual and take on challenges without fear of failure while bringing together diverse perspectives, ideas, knowledge, and technologies.at a pace that differs in quality and speed from those in the past. As for carbon neutral, two years ago, the government declared the realization of carbon neutral in 2050, which is a very important social issue. In addition, digital transformation (DX) is expected to accelerate further, and making maximum use of digital engineering to realize a sustainable society will be a top priority in all situations.
