The Fukuoka Head Office and Technology Center held an announcement ceremony for 14 people planning to join TPEC in the spring of 2023. In the ceremony, we held a mashmaro challenge, a consensus game, and a social gathering to deepen mutual understanding and ties between the participants. In addition, we were able to provide a full program of lectures by executives and an orientation session that conveyed how to be prepared for the working world.  In addition, we introduced health checkups for the first time. In the future, we plan to provide health-related support for factory training after joining the company and for the lives of members of society. We look forward to seeing all of our new employees enter the company in good health!
