●Childcare leave - New system started in October!

▲The rate of male employees taking childcare leave is increasing! (as of September 22) ​

In February, we held childcare leave training for managers in order to actively promote gender equality. In order to create an environment that makes it easier for both women and men to take childcare leave, TPEC has launched a system of childcare leave at birth (for the father’s side) and a system to allow employees to take childcare leave in installments (twice).
Going forward, we will continue our efforts to create a "workplace where everyone can work comfortably and with a sense of fulfillment. (Consultation: Motomachi HR & General Administration Gr.)
