In January 2023, we introduced a “bone marrow donor special leave system” and a “special leave system for people with disabilities.” The aim is to expand the conventional special leave system to improve the work-life balance of employees and further improve their motivation to work. We will continue to take on challenges to accelerate diversity and reform our corporate culture!
