●Update of Business Owner Action Plan for support the development of the next generation

We updated the "General Business Owner Action Plan" based on the Law for Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation for the first time in three years from the perspective of strengthening gender equality. In order to correct the gender gap in the rate of employees taking childcare leave, TPEC holds individual briefings and lectures for those considering taking childcare leave. In addition to "creating a more comfortable working environment" and further achieving a balance between work and life, the company is strengthening its support for diverse working styles, such as realizing location-free working styles suited to individual circumstances.
We will continue to promote proactive initiatives aimed at creating "a workplace where everyone is comfortable and rewarding" with the aim of achieving the goals set forth in the action plan.
