▲Layout before and after consideration

Our Department is studying specifications and preparing an offline teaching program for the replacement of obsolete robots in the ⃝W welding process.Previously, we had been working on replacing a simple one-to-one robot with new and old robots, but by reviewing the standby time of the robots throughout the entire line, we were able to level the amount of work and reduce the total number of robots by considering increasing the amount of work per robot. This contributes to reducing annual CO2 emissions.

Going forward, we will continue to consider high-value-added products and contribute to CN.
