I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all of you for the many accomplishments we achieved together last year.
Let us continue to deepen mutual understanding through good communication with our workplaces and customers, and promote activities that will create vibrant and comfortable workplaces and lead to the future. Let us also practice “take care of ourselves” and make sure that we can stay healthy and safe both physically and mentally with our families.

I would like to wish our customers, suppliers, employees and contractors who support TPEC's activities a very Happy New Year.
The year 2025 is the year of the snake in the Chinese zodiac and is said to be a year of flexibility and adaptability as well as rebirth and change, and can be interpreted as “a year of hard work and stability. This year is exactly what the Chinese zodiac sign indicates, so let's all work together as ONETEAM, each individual and organization making efforts, and at the same time, let's make a solid policy and action plan for the next year as we finish up the fiscal year.
Auditor
Mr. Okabe Keijiro
I have been TPEC's first full-time auditor for a year and a half. At the beginning of the year, I read over the basic policy of the auditors. I will fulfill my duties with a spirit of “wa” (harmony) based on a management perspective that values people and “nurtures” employees. (Harmony: Harmony is the most noble of all virtues/ Article 17 of Prince Shotoku's Constitution) I am convinced that this is true. This applies not only to me, but also to the department heads, GMs, senior employees, and everyone else. I believe that the spirit of “Harmony” is the key to our future, and that we must respect people and nurture our members. Let us all at TPEC continue to shed our skin and evolve in the Year of the Snake, so that we can take control of our own exciting future.
