Starting this year, we introduced TPS (Toyota Production System) basic training for new employees. We will learn the fundamentals of TPS experientially from Mr. Minami of the Human Resources and General Affairs Department, who has long been in charge of TPS training at Toyota Motor Kyushu Inc. In the future, we plan to develop this system as an in-house training program to promote understanding of TPS.
