This year, in conjunction with the founding anniversary, "TPEC-WEEK2025" was held with the aim of expressing gratitude to everyone and fostering a sense of unity that is essential for future development.Under the themes of "Improving Added Value as TPEC" and "Connecting Employees and Their Families," various events were held at both the head office and Toyota locations, and many people participated. Let's continue to value the connection between vertical and horizontal and diagonal while aiming to realize the "One Community".

We held an award ceremony to express our gratitude to 49 employees who have contributed to the development of TPEC over the years.

The following is from Mr.Hiroaki Kitagawa, with 20 years of service:
On behalf of the awardee, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for receiving the long-term service award. In the past 20 years, I have been able to grow beyond joy and pain in the midst of various changes thanks to the guidance of my superiors and seniors, the support of my juniors, and the cooperation of our customers and affiliated companies.
I will continue to devote myself to this milestone, and thank you for your continued support.

This year, we held events at both our Toyota and Fukuoka locations. We are grateful for the large turnout and tremendous success at both the in-person venue and via Teams. Participants commented that they were inspired by people who are working hard, and that it gave them an opportunity to think about utilization and collaboration, while the presenters commented that it was the first time they were able to experience a presentation in front of a large number of people, which gave them confidence, and we feel that it was a meaningful time. We hope that through the presentation, we will deepen the connection within the company. Please look forward to the next year's plan.

The finale of TPEC-WEEK was the "Summer Festival". The event was held for employees and their families at the venues in the Head Office and Toyota area.
The event was planned and operated by NAGOMI and Hinokai, providing a chance for them to be familiar with the atmosphere and initiatives of TPEC.

●Toyota area
We held our first "Family Welcome Event" at Toyota Kotobuki Office.
With the participation of 243 people, we organized tours and other projects with the theme of "let families know more about TPEC while having fun." Ravy-chan's performance also spread smiles throughout the venue. Many participants expressed their happiness, such as "It was good that my family felt close to TPEC through the videos and tours!" and "I would like to participate again next year."

●Head Office
At the Fukuoka Technical Center at the head office, 234 people participated,
and there were many projects full of smiles and excitement, such as a treasure hunt game using the 1st to 4th floors and an experience of molding and　coloring Ravy-chan with clay. Some people asked, "Why do you only do it once a year?", and the venue was full of smiles and liveliness from beginning to end. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all the staff who supported the operation and to all the participants who cooperated with us.
