●2025 Harassment Study Session

As an initiative that will continue from last year, this year we held a study session for next-generation leaders. We invited a Kobayashi attorney as a lecturer to promote accurate understanding of harassment through basic knowledge and specific examples of representative harassment, as well as comments on the opinions and questions of participants in a preliminary questionnaire. We will continue to work together as one company to prevent harassment.

●Autumn disaster prevention drill

On November 4th, a fire drill was conducted at the Toyota-Kotobuki Office. This was the first time since the office opened, and we also checked the operation of disaster prevention equipment, such as a comprehensive disaster prevention board and security gates. In addition, we also conducted fire-fighting drills using water extinguishers to enhance our practical response capabilities. The drills were conducted based on the scenarios cultivated at the Fukuoka Head Office, with a system in place to enable rapid response in the event of an emergency, such as consolidating the roles of the disaster prevention team. It ended without any major disruptions. In addition, on October 20, we participated in a company-wide disaster prevention drill at the Motomachi Plant of Toyota Motor Corporation, and on November 25, we also conducted a fire drill at the Fukuoka Head Office. In the future, we will brush up our scenarios so that the same actions can be taken at the three bases, and further raise the disaster prevention awareness of each individual.
