In October, we held an informal ceremony and a social gathering at the Head Office and Fukuoka Technical Center. It was impressive that when individual officers handed out a certificate of informality to each person, awareness as a member of society and awareness of a new step from the spring would increase. Through lunch at the company cafeteria and various events, they deepened their bonds with their peers, and their anxiety was relieved by interacting with their seniors.
