Looking back at 2025
Last year, we disseminated to you the "One community" where the entire company is working to solve problems by becoming a large community, starting with a vertical organization.As a result, collaboration across departments and "hiroba activities" where everyone gathers together were born, and it can be said that this year was a year in which we were able to take the first step toward change in a horizontal and diagonal way. I am convinced that this has captured one of the clues to "making work easier - fun and easy."
Beginning in 2026
This year, we will continue to focus on our field-based digital engineering capabilities and move as close as possible to becoming "more loved people and companies" with human resources.In individual work, we will further promote the use of AI in order to further improve the quality of each person's work. Let's ask AI to help us with things that have taken a long time or have been difficult to do, increase the added value of our work, and pursue "better work".With regard to human abilities, I would like to share what TPEC has valued with everyone and, working in harmony, continue to grow and pursue excellence.
