This contest is held every year to improve business sense. This year's contest, the eighth of its kind, received a large number of applications（ 16 of which were in the final 6）, with the main theme of "making the field easier. In the implementation review, there were many proposals that were expected to be realized, led by the "Technology & Skill Matching App" that was the best, and this was more than usual. The proposer and the secretariat will play a central role in promoting the realization of the proposal. We would like to thank the people who are involved in participation, assistance and examination. We look forward to your next unique proposal that will lead to "Pioneering the Future Together"!

The Citizen's Development Challenge was successfully completed in March of this year, supported by your proactive efforts. We are seeing results from using PowerPlatform such as PowerApps and PowerAutomate to steadily improve our day-to-day operations, including reducing manual work, supporting administrative aspects, and expediting sharing information. These efforts give shape to our wisdom and awareness, and become a major force for us to create our own work environment, and are the very practice of "answering work issues. FY25's challenge is over, but please look forward to the next project.
