Health Management Initiatives

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your continued understanding and cooperation in our company's various measures and initiatives.
As an engineering firm, TPEC's assets are people. The health of our stakeholders is of utmost importance to the realization of sustainable growth and a sustainable society.

Amid changes in the environment surrounding health promotion, such as a decline in the amount of exercise due to corona incidents and an increase in the average age, it is important to foster an awareness that "health is made by itself" in order to maintain and promote health.

Going forward, TPEC will continue to strive to create a healthy working environment by taking on the challenge of accrediting White 500, an excellent health management corporation, for eight consecutive years.

In addition, in order to take the initiative in maintaining and promoting the health of each and every employee, we will promote "health by ourselves" while incorporating the visualization of their own health conditions through the use of a health management application.

In the future, we will continue to realize "bright, enjoyable, and energetic" everyday that allows people to feel rewarded and rewarded for their work. We will continue to take on challenges with smiling faces as we move toward our dreams!
